- Sit back. Each verse is read aloud and the screen turns by itself. Swipe to jump ahead, or use Pause and Stop at the bottom.

Yes. Every chapter of the King James Version and the World English Bible can be listened to free, with no app, no signup and no subscription.
How does the audio Bible work?
Open any chapter and tap Listen on the first screen. Your phone or computer reads each verse aloud with its built-in voice and turns the screen for you, then carries on into the next chapter. You can pause or stop at any time.
Is it a recorded narrator?
No. The verses are read by the text-to-speech voice already on your device, so it works without downloads and the voice depends on your phone or browser. On most phones a natural-sounding US English voice is used.
Can I listen to the KJV audio Bible offline?
Chapters you have already opened are saved on your device. Most phones and computers also have an offline voice built in, so those chapters can usually be listened to again without a connection.
